Residential

Considering all modern insulating materials used in the residential construction, Isolation 4 Saisons rather uses cellulose fibres. It is a natural insulating material manufactured from recycled newspaper fibres. This material is blown into storehouses and ceilings to save energy and reduce noise.

When cellulose is dealt with properly, it will bring natural comfort to your home

Residential

Cellulose is usually blown into existing or newly built home storehouse at thickness from 4 to 14 inches. This kind of grey mattress seals irregular surfaces creating an airtight and energy saver protection. It is often blown on top of an existing insulation material.

Walls and floors

Cellulose is injected into walls and floors of existing or newly built houses as an insulating or acoustic protection. To avoid subsidence, a high-density application would be in order.

Cellulose advantages

30 % more savings than usual insulating material
Easy to apply for superior performance
Better seals surfaces on account of better filling cracks in the building envelop
Resistant to air and energy wasting specially when temperature is below 32F (0C)
Engineered to delay flames, an efficient building fire protection.
Guaranteed for the building lifetime: for its energy saving capacity and its air tightness as well as for its bacteria and fire resistance.
Cellulose is a great insulating process

Squirted out polyurethane moss is an insulating airtight steam tight efficient material. One of the best performing material on the market. It provides better efficiency than any of the other kind of insulating materials. The process consists in mixing two liquids and vaporizing the mixture on the surface to insulate. Once the mixture touches the surface it ties to it and expands within seconds.

Since this material expands in seconds, it is possible to apply it at desired thickness. It ties to most building materials. This airtight and steam tight product can be applied on its own on the surface without requiring the addition of the usual membrane. R value thermal resistance of polyurethane moss is higher than all other products on the market.

On account that this material is vaporized at the application site, it has the particularity that there are no joint where air could come through or energy be wasted. Finally, polyurethane moss ties very tickly to the surface filling all the small cracks and avoiding air coats between the insulating material and the surface. Furthermore, it prevents against condensation (moisture, frost, dampness) between the insulating material and the surface. It goes without saying that polyurethane moss will give you a better performance than any other usual insulating materials. You will achieve important savings from energy costs while protecting your building in the long term against premature weariness.
